Description
Advantages of a Cargo Ladder for your campervan
The Cargo Ladder functions as a rear door ladder and as a universal carrier for your Volkswagen Crafter 2nd Generation. This allows you to mount your equipment and other accessories on the back of your van.
Firstly, you can mount the Cargo Box 400, Cargo Box 700 or the Board (ski) Box onto the rack. This way you can store and lock your items outside your van but safely inside the box. When using the Cargo Box there is an Extra Cargo Ladder Step option to mount on the Cargo Ladder behind the Cargo Box to still easily climb the ladder to the roof.
Secondly, you can mount the Cargo Frame onto the Cargo Ladder to carry bikes, ski gear, more storage boxes, or whatever gear you need to make your van ready for your next adventure. In winter you can choose to mount the Thule Snow Pack (ski holders) on the Cargo Ladder instead of the Cargo Frame and carry up to 5 skis vertically. All-in-all add-ons for the Cargo Ladder are interchangeable during the seasons and trips depending on the needs.
To inspire you, we've seen customers use it to carry surfboards, shovels, axes, canisters, recovery boards and even portable showers.

Cargo Ladder installation requirements
270-degree doors:
You will need to replace the 270-degree hinges with 180-degree hinges. - Please get in touch if you require 180 degree hinges. We can supply, colour match and replace if required.
The Cargo Ladder attaches to the hinges and mounts on the door.
180-degree doors:
The Cargo Ladder is ready to attach to the hinges and mounts to the door.
You will need to drill two holes in the chassis to mount the Cargo Ladder. The ladder connects to the sheet metal behind one of its mounting plates, ensuring a sleek design. For added visual appeal, the ladder is 3D bent to follow the van's contours and curves.

Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped either by parcel or pallet, depending on the product and order size. Some products are only shipped via pallet, and adding such an item to your order will automatically calculate pallet shipping costs at checkout.
Local Pickup:
You can skip shipping fees by selecting local pickup at our workshop in Hastings, (Unit 8, Platform Business Centre, Haywood Way, Hastings TN35 4FB). Collection must be arranged in advance.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
Return Policy:
You may return products within 14 days of receiving or picking up your order, provided they are in a new, unused condition and returned in saleable condition.

Returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors will be covered.
If a return is authorised for reasons not related to defects, the customer is responsible for packaging, insurance, and return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been drilled, modified, or installed
(e.g., Cargo Boxes with drilled mounting holes).
Items returned in damaged or unsellable condition.
