How It Works
The P-trap siphon uses a curved pipe design that retains a small amount of water at the bottom of the curve. This standing water creates a seal that prevents odours and gases from the grey water tank or drain system from traveling back up through the sink drain into your living space. Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped either by parcel or pallet, depending on the product and order size. Some products are only shipped via pallet, and adding such an item to your order will automatically calculate pallet shipping costs at checkout.
Local Pickup:
You can skip shipping fees by selecting local pickup at our workshop in Hastings, (Unit 8, Platform Business Centre, Haywood Way, Hastings TN35 4FB). Collection must be arranged in advance.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
Return Policy:
You may return products within 14 days of receiving or picking up your order, provided they are in a new, unused condition and returned in saleable condition.

Returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors will be covered.
If a return is authorised for reasons not related to defects, the customer is responsible for packaging, insurance, and return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been drilled, modified, or installed
(e.g., Cargo Boxes with drilled mounting holes, Van Der Moon panels with drilled holes etc.).
Items returned in damaged or unsellable condition.
