Description
The Sentinel 9'' Highline Gen2 is the latest addition to the Sentinel range of 9" round LED lamps, combining high-end aesthetics with powerful, road-legal lighting performance. Designed primarily with the heavy truck sector in mind, this lamp is equally well-suited to elevated mounting positions on 4x4 campervans, particularly Mercedes Sprinters and similar adventure vehicles.
Featuring a stealth black internal design courtesy of black PCBs and bezel details, the lamp houses 20 high-power premium 'bin' LEDs that produce an impressive 17,020 raw lumens in Boost mode. The 52° horizontal and 18° vertical beam angle is specifically optimised for elevated mounting positions – delivering exceptional visibility without wasting light into the sky or ground.
In Low Output mode, the lamp is UNECE Regulation 149 approved for road-legal high beam use, delivering 1 lux at 583 metres. The dual-output system is managed via intelligent "flash-to-dim" functionality – simply flash the light off/on quickly to switch between high and low brightness modes. This gives you instant control over glare when approaching road signs or encountering oncoming traffic, making it ideal for responsible overlanding across Europe.
The 5000K colour temperature ensures comfortable, sharp light that enhances road safety and reduces eye fatigue during extended night driving. For 2025, the Highline features an updated position/backlight function approved under ECE Reg 148 (white only), plus optional dynamic welcome mode that can be configured to gradually brighten at start-up or cycle through white and amber colours when activating your position lights.
Built and engineered in the UK, the Sentinel 9'' Highline meets rigorous environmental and quality standards whilst delivering standout visual appeal. The 'slim' diecast aluminium mounting bracket with Sentinel stamp features anodised pre-treatment and automotive-grade powder top-coat for ultimate corrosion protection. Electronic thermal management optimises light output to preserve LED longevity, whilst the CAE-optimised heatsink offers improved thermal dynamics.
Comprehensive protection includes over-voltage and reverse polarity protection, whilst the 'unbreakable' polycarbonate lens with hardcoat lacquer and A2 stainless steel fasteners with automotive-grade black coating ensure the lamp withstands harsh conditions. With IP68 waterproof rating (1.5m submersion for 30 minutes), ECE R10 EMC certification, and a full 5-year warranty, this represents serious lighting capability for serious adventures.

Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped either by parcel or pallet, depending on the product and order size. Some products are only shipped via pallet, and adding such an item to your order will automatically calculate pallet shipping costs at checkout.
Local Pickup:
You can skip shipping fees by selecting local pickup at our workshop in Hastings, (Unit 8, Platform Business Centre, Haywood Way, Hastings TN35 4FB). Collection must be arranged in advance.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
Return Policy:
You may return products within 14 days of receiving or picking up your order, provided they are in a new, unused condition and returned in saleable condition.

If a return is authorised for reasons not related to defects, the customer is responsible for packaging, insurance, and return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been drilled, modified, or installed
(e.g., Cargo Boxes with drilled mounting holes, Van Der Moon panels with drilled holes etc.).
Items returned in damaged or unsellable condition.
