Advantages of the Sequoia Recovery Tow Hook for your Sprinter campervan
With this Recovery Tow Hook for Mercedes Sprinter, you can get out of trouble just as quickly as you got into it! It is designed to fit on the front chassis, where you can fit two hooks. The model is crafted with chamfered edges (na hard laser-burned edges) to work with soft shackles.
The OEM tow hook is not intended for intense towing, the upgrade, our Sequoia Tow Hooks give a better stable point to recover the van.
The Recovery Tow Hook is sold per unit.
Sequoia Recovery Tow Hook installation requirements
The installation of the hooks in straightforward, mounts on the OEM holes. Only a small trimming of the plastic bumper is needed.

Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped either by parcel or pallet, depending on the product and order size. Some products are only shipped via pallet, and adding such an item to your order will automatically calculate pallet shipping costs at checkout.
Local Pickup:
You can skip shipping fees by selecting local pickup at our workshop in Hastings, (Unit 8, Platform Business Centre, Haywood Way, Hastings TN35 4FB). Collection must be arranged in advance.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
Return Policy:
You may return products within 14 days of receiving or picking up your order, provided they are in a new, unused condition and returned in saleable condition.

Returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors will be covered.
If a return is authorised for reasons not related to defects, the customer is responsible for packaging, insurance, and return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been drilled, modified, or installed
(e.g., Cargo Boxes with drilled mounting holes).
Items returned in damaged or unsellable condition.
