The roof rack Cross Beam for Mercedes Sprinter and Volkswagen Crafter (2006 - 2017) is a durable aluminium component. It mounts to the roof rails across the full width of your van. Its top aligns precisely with the top tube of the roof rack, creating a stable platform for mounting bulky equipment over roof vents (Maxxfans), solar panels, or even extending beyond the roof rack tube loop. You can also mount roof tents on the Cross Beam.
The modular Sequoia Roof Rack system offers a tailored solution for any van roof layout, adapting to every configuration. Position roof vents at the front, rear, or both, and add one, two, or even three solar panels—the Sequoia system fits your needs. Compose your roof rack with floor decking as you prefer, whether covering the entire rack for maximum utility or leaving sections open for a lighter look. Adding floor decking enhances accessibility, functionality, and aesthetics, making your setup as practical and adventure-ready as you are.
The Cross Beam is specifically designed for the Sequoia Roof Rack systems such as the Basecamp and Camp 2 Roof Rack for Mercedes Sprinter and Volkswagen Crafter (2006 - 2017).
Sequoia Cross Beam installation requirements
The installation requires roof rails on the van. The Installation is designed for simplicity and flexibility, with no additional drilling required. The Cross Beam mounts directly onto the van’s roof rails.

Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped either by parcel or pallet, depending on the product and order size. Some products are only shipped via pallet, and adding such an item to your order will automatically calculate pallet shipping costs at checkout.
Local Pickup:
You can skip shipping fees by selecting local pickup at our workshop in Hastings, (Unit 8, Platform Business Centre, Haywood Way, Hastings TN35 4FB). Collection must be arranged in advance.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
Return Policy:
You may return products within 14 days of receiving or picking up your order, provided they are in a new, unused condition and returned in saleable condition.

Returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors will be covered.
If a return is authorised for reasons not related to defects, the customer is responsible for packaging, insurance, and return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been drilled, modified, or installed
(e.g., Cargo Boxes with drilled mounting holes).
Items returned in damaged or unsellable condition.
