The Backbone Rack offers a versatile solution if you want to use the left side of the rear of your Sprinter for storage, carry your spare wheel, or combine both.
The Tire Carrier Module allows you to securely mount your spare wheel without the need for spacers. The wheel is fastened using three wheel bolts, ensuring a safe and stable attachment. The module is both horizontally and vertically adjustable for a perfect fit and can be positioned at either the top or bottom of the rack, depending on your preference.
A robust new storage box with a sliding drawer will be available soon after the rack’s release. This box offers removable external storage, helping you keep your gear organised and easily accessible.
When used in combination with a Cargo Ladder, the Backbone Rack allows you to make the most of the storage possibilities at the rear of your vehicle. You can carry your spare wheel, store boxes, or mount other accessories, creating a fully organised and accessible setup. The rack provides complete freedom to arrange your gear exactly how you need it, maximising every inch of space at the back of your van.
Backbone Rack installation requirements
270-degree doors: You will need to replace the 270-degree hinges with 180-degree hinges. The Cargo Ladder attaches to the hinges and mounts on the door.
180-degree doors: The Cargo Ladder attaches to the hinges and mounts on the door. You will need to drill two holes in the chassis to mount the Cargo Ladder on the Mercedes Sprinter W907/W910/W906. The ladder connects to the sheet metal behind one of its mounting plates, ensuring a sleek design.

Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped either by parcel or pallet, depending on the product and order size. Some products are only shipped via pallet, and adding such an item to your order will automatically calculate pallet shipping costs at checkout.
Local Pickup:
You can skip shipping fees by selecting local pickup at our workshop in Hastings, (Unit 8, Platform Business Centre, Haywood Way, Hastings TN35 4FB). Collection must be arranged in advance.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
Return Policy:
You may return products within 14 days of receiving or picking up your order, provided they are in a new, unused condition and returned in saleable condition.

Returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors will be covered.
If a return is authorised for reasons not related to defects, the customer is responsible for packaging, insurance, and return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been drilled, modified, or installed
(e.g., Cargo Boxes with drilled mounting holes, Van Der Moon panels with drilled holes etc.).
Items returned in damaged or unsellable condition.
